Open Sesame President and agent technology visionary , Alper
Caglayan, collaborated with Colin G. Harrison, a member of
the Research Division at IBM, in "Agent Sourcebook" which is
desgined to provide IS managers, developers and corporate
decision makers with the knowledge of how agents can be used
to increase efficiency and cut costs in the workplace.
July 23 at Summer Internet World in Chicago, Caglayan will
lead a panel of agent technology experts in Session 132 at
2:15PM titled “Business Applications of Software Agents.” The
session, which is based on content from the book, will enable
attendees to make informed decisions about employing software
agents in the workplace. Harrison will be a panel member.
