Question: HELP NEEDED for setting up HyperNews

Hi, I am trying to to setup HyperNews in a way so that some article can be seen by anyone but some can only see by users on the certain machine. For example, If I want everyone that is from NCSA domain to read an article but don't wish other people from outside to read it. Is it possible?
