Are you referring to my presentation at the Spring 95 WWW conference for the paper A Protocol for Scalable Group and Public Annotations? If so, your praise is quite encouraging - that was my first conference presentation. (My second was on the developers day.) Slides for the talk are also available and include diagrams not included in the paper.
