Simple question: How can I get a HyperNews page on my site?

Hello all,

I'm looking for the best way to setup a newsgrouptype page on my homepage. What I've read about HyperNews so far seems very promising, but I have no idea how to set something like that up.

Logicaly I should have the HyperNews software, but how do you use it and does it requires putting a file in the cgi.bin directory of my provider?
