A "subscriber" is someone who explicitly says they want to be
notified. I think you mean "member" who is anyone in a group.
HyperNews doesn't support mailing to all members. But that is a good
idea and we are planning on supporting it in the 2.0 version.
You could most easily do this now by subscribing a "member" who has an
email address that is the address of a mailing list. Then all new
messages will go to the mailing list. You can even configure
HyperNews to allow mail to the mailing list to be sent to HyperNews to
be posted. See the /hypernews/email page for details.
