Several things.
That line is to allow a person who posts to explicity Unsubscribe to
replies to the message they post - otherwise they are automatically
subscribed since they are the author(s). (I hate to use "he" or "she"
or "he/she".) I presume you would want to enable people to explicitly
unsubscribe. If not, then you should remove the option to do so
from the edit-response form.
There is a bug in the condition before that line - see the bugs page.
If you want all *members* to get email what you need to do instead
is:
> IF you have a closed membership as we will, make sure the base article
> "list" has all members with ":Immediate"
Providing an easier way to do that is what was being suggested, I
believe.
