| | Publication of the proposed scheme slows the process up, but haven't we already wasted enough time and effort with everyone scrambling direct dish satellite tv through schemes that aren't good enough?What we need with this scheme, or any other, is to publish it in two or more widely-read tabloids,dirctv satellite network dish and then take notice of the comments that come in. Scientists and field conservationists are used to direct tv installer reading and pondering on things that they see in their favourite journals; most reports from 'on high' are considered 'junk mail', to be avoided if possible ( though maybe the researchers and dish network direct tv cable tv conservationists I've known were an unrepesentative sample).
