Missing icons due to header problem

I created a new forum, it seemed to work fine 'till I changed the header of it. Now, when I try to load it I 've got blank (empty) icons instead of the normal ones and those icons are "unclickable"...what should I do ? Create a new forum and erase the old one ? could the change in the header be the cause of this problem ?
