Downloaded 1.5B5.4 this afternoon and got into trouble.
I think there may be a bug in setup.pl.
I'm experimenting with three separate HN areas, accessible
to different groups. After installing 1.9B5.4 I went to
reconfigure each area (primarily to change the header for each).
In each case, any change in configuration (not necessarily in
the assignment of administrators) resulted in changes in the
.htgroupmembers file in the Admin dir for the area which resulted
in my longer being able to get Admin access to the area.
Specifically, before the config change there was a single
Admin/.htgroupmembers with the text:
Admin1: martin mhuntley
After submitting the config changes, there were three files as
follows:
.htgroupmembers with text ": martin"
.htgroupmembers-old with text ": mhuntley"
.htgroupmembers-older with text "Admin1: martin mhuntley"
I had to rename the -older file to get functional again.
I've now reverted to 1.9B5.2 and the problem has gone away.
