I think things look a lot cleaner now that everything
has an icon. Perhaps the 'Note' relation will be dropped
in fact, so the default is always effectively a note.
The icon that is used for the 'None' relation can be
specified in the icons-table, any by default it is the
'Note' icon. Anyone with B5.4 might notice that the
default relation is 'Question' - this happened because
old versions of the icons-table do not have an explicit
'None' entry. B5.5 works around that by adding a
'None' relation anyway if there isn't one. But now I
am not sure if an icon will be used in that case.
