Turn off $remove_cgi_bin

It appears you have left the $remove_cgi_bin option on, which will be the case by default if setup-form.pl detects any "cgi-bin" in the SCRIPT_NAME. Turn it off and rerun setup.pl and see if that helps. There are other problems with the suggested URLs if you run setup.pl from the command line. In that case, it can't tell you the proper URL because it has no SCRIPT_NAME supplied by the server. dan |
