Set $hnmail=0 
running under chroot - need way to disable mail (since it doesn't exist)

There is a way to turn off email, at least for
notification after adding responses. Set $hnmail=0,
or turn it off in the setup form. Now that I think about it, this flag is not checked other places that mail is sent: member-lib and subscribe-lib. |
