If you go back to a form and some or all the stuff you have
typed in is gone, then check your memory cache setting. (For
Netscape it's under the menu Options>Preferences>Cache and
Network.)
I noticed that this happens when Netscape's memory cache is
set to 0 KB. (It may also happen when disk cache is set very
low too.) I was trying to get Netscape to reload documents
everytime while developing new pages. I later learned there
is a verify document setting on the same page that can be
set to verify the document every access.
