Hypernews on Novell's Netware 4.11?

Porting Hypernews to Netware 4.11
To avoid the chance of reinventing the wheel: Have some of you tried to port the Hypernews to Novell's Netware 4.11 environment? I want to adapt Hypernews for Netware 4.11, running with Webserver 2.5 (soon 3.0). If it has not been done so far, I would like to get in touch with people potentially interested to work on this.
