Any Hypernews alike for Win NT 3.51

Hi,

I would like to use an hypernews style cgi for bettering a client's web site.

My presence provider let's me use cgi unfortunatly they use win NT instead of UNIX.

I already have a chatroom set on my clients page but people need to meet at the same time to communicate. Hypernews would be more appropriate to my needs.
