This program will be excellent once its working, but I have a few obstacles still. I edited the setup.pl file so that the SCRIPT_NAMES variable is hardcoded with my URL, as recommended by D. Laliberte. On my server, only .cgi files are allowed. I renamed setup.pl to setup.cgi, ran it with a -C argument, edited the hnrc file (changing the $hndocs path, .htaccess to .bhtaccess, and marked $removeCGI as CHECKED--I don't have a cgi-bin), then ran setup.cgi with the -C argument again. The output listed "Use CGI files" as "YES". However, on examining the hnrc file, all files still had the .pl at the end. 1) Do I need to manually MV all the files from .CGI to .PL or will setup do this for me? 2) Is there something I'm doing wrong such that the setup program isn't appending the .CGI suffix? Any suggestions? - Steven Peterson |
