I've installed version 1.9B1 with a fairly large user group
(which I created without using the Hypernews scripts, I have
other perl scripts to create the users from an admin database),
but when I (re-run) setup-form.pl and tell it to re-build the group
file it adds everyone under group All1 which causes the NCSA
httpd server to blow up on anyone's authentication.
I've also found that when I put in a second "installation"
using sym links and re-use an existing user subgroup directory and
ask for the group and password files to be re-built then it
includes all the dot files as members in the .htgroupmembers
file.
A fix for the first problem would be most appreciated as I'm
using this to teach about 300 students and I can't give them
a common conference...
