Slightly different problem 
Can I install HyperNews? I am not an administrator.

If I'm not a system administrator Unix-wise, but I do have pages already up on the server, don't I just have to load the scripts and configure them? In which case the question is can I configure them without having Unix system administrator privileges? Putting it a different way, if I can load HTML pages and scripts up to the server, but can't run programs directly on it, can I install the system via http:? |
