The instructions.html page should be in your .scripts directory. Just
copy it to another place, edit it to be about your configuration,
reference it with $instructionsURL, and you are done.
Or you can copy the instructions pages at union (just view the source
while browsing), or probably any of the other versions of the
instructions that I have referenced.
Or just make $instructionsURL point to these instructions at
union.ncsa.uicu.edu. That's OK to do, but users tend to get lost on
my site thinking they are still on yours.
