You ask "How does one thread a message?" But I don't know
what you mean. I kind of know what the question about creating threads means (other systems let you create a message at the top level of a forum and call it a new "thread"), but now you are using "thread" as a verb.
The word is clearly ambiguous as a noun. Consider linear threads vs a tree of threads vs the in-order thread through a tree. As a verb, you might mean inlining or exploding (as I recently heard it called) all the messages of a thread into one linear list. I can't think of anything else that makes more sense. Help me out.
