If you are registered as a member at the HyperNews site where you are trying to add a message, then you should have created a password for yourself when you registered. If you don't remember doing that, you probably forgot to fill in the blank, and your password is an empty string. You can change it any time by clicking on the member button and changing your info instead of creating a new membership. If you aren't a member just ignore the password blank, and HyperNews shouldn't recognize your userid and won't complain when there is an incorrect(empty) password entered.
