what's wrong with my userid and password

WebForum Application has recently been approved and I have now the possibility to manage it, or rather should have since I can't make any change; clicking on "members" and typing my userid and password only leads to a failure message. I made sure that both were correctly typed in ... ??? also, how come I don't have the "subscribe" feature ?
