I'm wondering just how many members the program can effectively manage.
I'm using HyperNews for a course with about 60-70 students; anyone can read it, but only enrolled students can post messages.
So far, we've got perhaps half of the class signed up; but just recently two members found that although initially their account was recognized, it was not after that.
The problem didn't seem to be a password error; and when I checked whether they were members, HyperNews reported that they were not knowen.
Does anyone have any thoughts as to what might have caused the problem?
