How do I log in as a superuser?

How do I log in as a superuser? I created an admin user, but when I try to log in, I get this: Error using HyperNews If you need help, contact the HyperNews administrator for this site: admin@193.128.236.131. Please include the following information. Permission denied. User - is not permitted to add article. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks, Glenn
