Still having registration trouble

Hey! You told me to let you know if I kept having trouble with the registration and I am. It is not every time, but is happening pretty often. What happens is that when someone tries to register and sometimes when someone tries to post without registering, it says that they must first prove that they are who they say they are. Do you know what could be causing this? I know that they are putting in their email addresses. I went out and was able to register one of them, but I haven't tried registering the others, I just told them to try posting without registering. Got some advice? thanks!
