Ok Suggestion: Ways to increase readability.

I would very much like to use HyperNews AS IS but some of
our novice users here find it cluttered and difficult to 
follow.  How could more readability be added?

- One way would be through having less heirarchy (and sadly 
less functionality), ie only 1,2, or 3 tabs allowed 
( <DL>..</DL> ).  Another might be having each top level
question posted as a folder, under which could be multiple 
or even only 1 directory for all follow-ups.

- Another way could be using different bullets like how the
Web News browser looks (NNTP on Web).

- Another possibility could be using tables with invisable 
boarders (possible? visually appealing?)

- Adding <P> and/or <HR> tags after top level questions.

- different colours for different levels of response 
  (when this becomes possible)


Any responses/suggestons folks?

BTW: I think icons should be approx the size of the smilies.
      Also, all messages should be forced to post pics or 
	none at all, to improve readability.
