Inserting the <DD> before each <DL> does not cause an indention on the IBM WebExplorer v1.01.
I think that WebExplorer does not allow nested <DL> to receive any extra indenting.  I suppose
this is just a quirk of this software.  What is the HTML standard as far as nested <DL> is
concerned?
