Transfer Interrupted

When I go to HyperNews Test page to try this out, I can successfully respond to any page listed, but cannot respond to the HyperNews Test page itself, due to this "Transfer Interrupted" message at the bottom. That is, I never see the line that allows me to respond. Why not? I am on a Pentium 90 meghertz machine with 32 meg memory, so I think my machine can handle quite a sizable amount of data!
