There is not a link for creating base articles, because that is
usually an admin only operation. If you are an admin, you should know
how to add base articles already since you will have read the
installation instructions, or whoever installed HyperNews for you
should have referred you to the base article instructions at:

I saw those where you posted them on the /hypernews/future page.
Thanks. However, those icons are actually larger than the ones we are
using for relationships, and are not particularly meaningful for this
purpose, although they will be useful for other things as we get into them.
(Our icons are all 15x15.)
