Are there instructions for Hypernews Adminstration/Moderation?

Hi,

I am very impressed with Hypernews but in order to set it up on our web site I need to know more about the administration and how to setup moderators. Is there documentation somewhere that outlines this? What I want is to setup a forum where the moderator reviews postings before they actually show up in the forum (in addition to having unmoderated forums). Please let me know.
