How to install when can't run from writable directory?
|
I'm trying to install HyperNews on my ISP, which is best.com.
They have a security policy in place which disallows running any CGI script from a writable directory. This makes installing HyperNews difficult, to say the least. Has anybody figured out a way to install HyperNews when you can't run it from a writable directory?
