display_Image.pl missing from dist?

My new HyperNews installation has no icons. Yes... they are installed and for right now, the entire HN tree is wide open (777). Everything else appears to work fine, but the icons. I noticed however the the symlinks to diplsy_Icons.pl is broken becase there is no such file. I looked back through the dist file, and it's not in there. Is it generated by the setup.pl? Or... where might get a hold of this script?
