Here's a couple things I did:
1. Try running the scripts from the command line, just
to see what kind of error messages you'll get.
That helped me see I needed to setup an env variable.
2. I had to -
setenv PERLLIB /usr/local/lib/perl
before my command line test worked. Then I had to
restart my httpd.
