Responses are currently only appended at the end
of the response or base article it is responding to.
At least one other collaboration system lets you add
responses after every paragraph or whetever the author
puts a special character sequence (like !?).
But the
display of these responses at internal points is problematic.
We need better control of the display via something like
Java before I will attempt it.
I think what you want is to be able to indicate the
one place that all responses would be inserted. This
seems odd. In version 1.9, there is a footerText that
is appended to the display of every page - maybe that will
help do what you want.
