The HREF for the subscribe button is not working.

I have a forum at:
http://edtech.mcc.edu/HyperNews/get/edtech.html
The HREF for the subscribe button is:
/edtech.html
when it should be:
/HyperNews/edit-subscribe.pl/edtech.html
Does anyone know what is wrong? My HyperNews version is 1.9.5
