The information that I have dates back a few years and I must
admit that I don't have good documentation to prove it.
A distant cousin Marjorie Hiemerman (nee Laliberte)
(father George, Mathias, Jacques, Joseph, Pierre,
Pierre,Bernard.)
sent me a lot of paper family trees (prior internet days).
I've only recently started to go through it and decipher it.
Her sources were mainly TANGUAY (which does have errors in it.)
But I've confirmed enough myself to be confident that what
Marjorie sent me is quite accurate.
I've checked marriages list from Quebec (Denis Beauregard)
I've checked some stuff on Family Tree World Family Tree
cd-rom .
I've verifed some names from Canada's Who's Who.
and of course my mother who is still alive confirmed some of
it as well.
Marjorie was a member of The Sioux Valley Gene. Society
Sioux Falls , South Dakota. She was able to verify first
hand a lot of records for me in Crookston, Minnesota
regarding my father and grand father.
Isn't there a better way to send gedcoms? I now have my
gedcom at 426 family members after merging with your data.
It took a while to confirm everything and delete duplicate
and semi-duplicate info. You can email me through my son at:

our computers are 20 feet apart and networked.... great stuff
Talk to you later...........
