Can anyone confirm that Jean-Baptiste Laine dit Laliberte was married to Marguerite Hamel in 1822?

This information was passed on to me but I feel it is an error. The information stated that Jean-Baptiste was the son of Joseph Laine dit Laliberte and Louise Hemon(Emon/Aimon).

I could not find any Jean-Baptiste as their son!

I could not find anything in my files and other genealogy sources to confirm this.

If you could confirm with sources or deny this information as I am doing I would much appreciate it.
