Hello,
My name is Russell Babb. I am planning to hike in '98 and am in need of info on preparing meals and obtaining the right caloric intake in order to maintain my health. I have Crohn's Disease and must take extra care to stay healthy without eating raw nor dehydrated fruits and vegatable that haven't been cooked thoroughly. I need help in the types of meals that are necessary to maintain the 4000-6000 calorie diet.
