In the meantime, you might check the Cabelas/Gander Mountain hunting catalogs for clothing companies that sell blaze orange Gore-tex hunting parkas, then contact the company directly. I'm sure they'd be willing to sell you some material. I believe I've seen material of that type manufactured into parkas by a company named "Walls".
