Just curious what is the turnover rate for your organization? I am curious to compare it my own.

We have a turnover rate of probably 40-50% after 3 months building to 70-80% after 18 months.

Have you found a way to analyze applicants to see if you can lower the initial turnover?

I think the initial turnover is do to applicants not understanding the time commitment or job (How do you explain to somebody that they need to be excited about being outside searching for somebody in an area where we hold the record for most average rainfall in the continental US, 140 inches per year). They rest leave because of changing priorities in their lives or get distracted by the politics.

Just Curious????

David
