WWW Caching
- Caching In On The Web
describes an implementation of a "hierarchical" caching system for
WWW clients. Includes links to some of the following.
- CERN httpd supports Proxy
Caching. The caching
server from W3 can run in a gateway mode where it relays
requests to external servers and caches the responses.
- Ichthus WWW Cache
Server/Gateway is a cache service, written in Perl, and is intended
for HTTP documents only.

provide caching.
- The HENSA Web Cache
