Second the question on security

It seems to me that unless a stripped down Perl is
created that eliminates destructive potentials, it
is extremely dangerous to encourage people to start
writing and downloading client-side Perl scripts. For this
reason I am pursuing a SafeTclTK-based approach to
client-side scripting. Since I have much more experience
with Perl than Tcl (none), I would vastly prefer to use
a SafePerl5Tk. But I don't consider an approach based on
(unsafe) Perl to be at all viable.
