Yes, the "client program" in this case is the program that is communicating with Mosaic. I'm assuming SendAnchor is the Perl equivalent of the C MCCISendAnchor in which case Mosaic will fetch the appropriate document as normal and then inform the client that the added callback needs to be called. |
