Why only AF_INET sockets?

   Hi, people.
I wonder if we can have AF_UNIX sockets suported at
least in UNIX versions of mosaic. The idea of choosing
port number each time I want to have mosaic running
under control is getting on my nerves.
Why can't you use AF_UNIX socket, and simply create
~/.mosaic-CCI-port file for each user who want control
over mosaic? It solves lot of problems, say, I don't
want other people to control my mosaic via telnet!

NOTE: I don't want AF_INET sockets to go away, just ADD
the option for AF_UNIX. This should be simple....
