fullscreen with frames

Hi, I`ve got a little problem and hope there`s someone out who can help me. My website is made with frames. Now I tried to let it been shown in a fullscreen-window (by a open.window-javascript). So far no problem. But when I tried to give my visitors the upportunitie to close the fullscreen-window by a button-click (a href - window.close() ) it failed. Can you give me an advice how to fix this problem? Thanks!!
