table scrolling

hihihi i need some help. does anybody know how to add a scrollbar to the side of a table cell. eg my table is 2*2 format and i want the bottom right table cell to contain a large amount of text, which will only be viewable if a scrollbar is included.
failing that does anybody know the code/where i can get the code, to add a rollover up/down scrolling mechanism
any help appreciated thanks ray
