can i send twice (to two differents sources) an get or post form ?

I'd like to create an interface to generate gif button, so i used php to generate the image with an formulaire, so my page is cut into tree frames, one for the formulaire, one for the php gif, and i would like a third one to print the the title of the button and some other inforamtions... So the pb is that i don't know how to send the information of the form the both the php gif and the information page.. please help!!!!!!!
