I am almost new to this I just learned to write but I need help with my page. My background is good but I would like to better it by a lot, at first I liked the bgproperties="fixed" tag but could never figure out how everyone did it. Then I found that out bye finding resource. My problem is that I never learned the bgproperties tag, so could somebody help me out with a list of properties and what they do? |
