WANTED: unltd hits, IIS 3.0, CGI, database, 30+mb

Providers: I am in search of the *ultimate host*, to lease space for two separate, unrelated accounts. To be considered, you must offer: * T3 connection multiple T1s will be considered if performance is reliable. * Unlimited hits and traffic these will both be high-traffic sites with large (1+mb) files to be downloaded/ftp'd. * Unlimited FTP updates * MS IIS 3.0 Active Server Pages are a must. * MS Frontpage/VInterDev support * Database connectivity I prefer a provider experienced with connecting MS Access databases for dynamic web pages. * Email forwarding POP3 accounts are a plus, but not a requirement. * 30-50 mb of database, web and ftp space * Full CGI Access for user-written scripts * Standard CGIs like hit counters, and form mail processors are a plus, but not a requirement. * Mail-list support * Page Access Statistics * Credit Card Payable * Telephone Support 24-hour support a plus, but not a requirement. * US$50 or LESS per month. Setup Charges are fine, within reason.
