This is an awful bug. I'll whack myself on the head a few times and then post a note about it in the documentation.

You must make sure that your SHTTPkeys line in httpd.conf points to the correct keyfile. The bug you mentioned leads to the fact that HTTPd doesn't warn you when it couldn't access the keyfile. All sorts of things can go wrong thereafter.

I believe that it couldn't find the keyfile. Double-check your SHTTPkeys line in httpd.conf

I'll try to get the source out within a couple weeks. Obviously I didn't pay close attention to FCGI and IMAGEMAP this time around. Next release will hopefully take care of these.
